Step 1
For Doughnut Dough
- a. Combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt, milk, gluten, and vanilla in a planetary mixer. Knead for 9-10 minutes.
- b. Incorporate softened butter, mix until gluten fully develops.
- c. Refrigerate dough for 8-9 hours.
- d. Roll out the dough, cut into rounds.
- e. Proof for 30 minutes.
- f. Fry at 140°C until golden brown.
- g. Cool completely before serving.

Step 2
For Doughnut Filling
- a. Mix KitKat® Spread with Chocolate Ganache well.
- b.Fill doughnuts with KitKat® Filling.
- c.Coat with KitKat® Spread and sprinkle with KitKat® Bits.
