How to Make Choco Ganache Doughnut

Prepare Choco Ganache Doughnut

  • Step 1

    For Doughnut Dough

    • a. Combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt, milk, gluten, and vanilla in a planetary mixer. Knead for 9-10 minutes.
    • b. Incorporate softened butter, mix until gluten fully develops.
    • c. Refrigerate dough for 8-9 hours.
    • d. Roll out the dough, cut into rounds.
    • e. Proof for 30 minutes.
    • f. Fry at 140°C until golden brown.
    • g. Cool completely before serving.
  • Step 2

    For Doughnut Filling

    • a. Mix KitKat® Spread with Chocolate Ganache well.
    • b.Fill doughnuts with KitKat® Filling.
    • c.Coat with KitKat® Spread and sprinkle with KitKat® Bits.
  • Serving Suggestions: Coat with KitKat® Spread and sprinkle with KitKat® Bits.
