Prepare Chocolate Pastry

Step 1
Take 150 g melted chocolate in a bowl and add 100 g fresh cream, mix well to make ganache.

Step 2
Take 100 g of melted chocolate in a bowl and add oil. Add KITKAT® Bits after it has cooled.

Step 3
Cut the chocolate sponge in 3 layers, apply chocolate ganache and KITKAT® Bits to each layer.

Step 4
Coat the layers with ganache and chocolate KITKAT® Bits and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Use KITKAT® Fingers to decorate the pastry before serving
