How to Make Croissant

Prepare Croissant

  • Step 1

    Take a croissant sheet and cut it out in triangles of 50 g each.

  • Step 2

    Take KITKAT® Bits spread on the triangle sheet and roll it.

  • Step 3

    Allow the rolled sheet for 30 - 35 minutes for proofing.

  • Step 4

    Give milk wash across the surface of each croissant and then sprinkle them with KITKAT® Bits.

  • Step 5

    Bake the croissants at 200° C for 15-20 minutes until they are puffy and golden brown.
