Prepare Baked Cheesecake

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2
In a blender, crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly onto the bottom of a 9-inch baking pan to form the crust.

Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes until set. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Step 4
Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Condensed Milk.

With the mixer on low speed, gradually add flour to the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.

In a small saucepan, warm the milk and add the white chocolate. Heat until the chocolate is melted, stirring constantly

Slowly pour the milk-chocolate mixture into the mixing bowl with the cream cheese mixture, stirring continuously until smooth.

Add the fresh cream to the bowl and mix for 2-5 minutes until a smooth batter is formed.

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Place the baking pan with the crust in a larger baking dish and fill the larger dish with hot water to create a water bath. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.

Bake the cheesecake in the water bath for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly.

Once baked, remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.

Refrigerate the cheesecake for several hours or overnight until fully chilled and set.

Serve the baked cheesecake garnished with your choice of toppings
