How to Make Chocolate Ice Cream

Prepare Chocolate Ice Cream

  • Step 1
    In a deep pan, heat the cream, glucose, and Nestlé® Milkmaid® Sweetened Condensed Milk together. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Allow the mixture to cool to below 20ºC before pouring it into the ice cream churner.
  • Step 3
    Churn the ice cream and KitKat® Bits together. Transfer the mixture into the stick molds, insert sticks, and place them in the deep freezer.
  • Step 4
    In a deep bowl, place the KitKat® Spread and dip each stick into it one by one.
  • Step 5
    Return the sticks to the freezer to allow the outer crust to form.
  • Serving Suggestions: Serve Chilled
