Prepare Kheema masala

Step 1Heat oil in a pan add the whole spices. Sauté for a min

Step 2Add the onion tomato masala and cook for a minute, then mix in the spice powder. Continue cooking until the oil separates.

Step 3Add the green peas and PBMS mince and cook for 6-8 minutes. Add a little water as needed, allowing the mince and spices to cook thoroughly.
Serving Suggestions: Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve with soft pavs
