How to Make Plant Based Manchurian

Prepare Plant Based Manchurian

  • Step 1
    In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and bell pepper, and sauté until they soften.
  • Step 2
    Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  • Step 3
    Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and chili sauce (if using). Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add the cornstarch-water mixture to thicken the sauce, and cook until it reaches your desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 5
    Once the sauce is ready, add the fried vegetable balls and toss gently to coat them with the sauce.
  • Step 6
    Garnish with chopped spring onions.
