Prepare Plant Based Manchurian

Step 1In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and bell pepper, and sauté until they soften.

Step 2Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Step 3Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and chili sauce (if using). Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4Add the cornstarch-water mixture to thicken the sauce, and cook until it reaches your desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5Once the sauce is ready, add the fried vegetable balls and toss gently to coat them with the sauce.

Step 6Garnish with chopped spring onions.
