Prepare Plant Based Paratha Roll

Step 1
Prepare the Paratha
- a. Divide the naan dough into four equal portions.
- b. Roll each portion into a Lachha paratha shape by layering oil and dry flour between the folds.
- c. Allow the rolled parathas to rest for 20 minutes.
- d. Heat a griddle and cook the parathas with a little oil until they are halfway cooked.

Step 2
Prepare the Stuffing:
- In a pan, cook the plant mince along with chopped onions, capsicum, green chili, and your choice of spice powders until well combined and cooked through.

Assemble
- a. Take the Lachha paratha and place the prepared filling in the center.
- b. Carefully fold and roll the paratha around the filling to encase it completely.

Step 4
Cook and Serve
- Place the stuffed paratha back on the griddle and cook, flipping it on all sides until it is thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
Serving Suggestions: Serve the Plant Based Parantha roll with your choice of chutney.
