Prepare Goan Prawn Curry

Step 1
Preparing the Curry Paste:
- a. Take grated coconut, add coriander, cumin, garlic, tamarind ball, and dry red chilies.
- b. Blend the ingredients until they form a smooth paste. Strain the paste to remove any coarse particles, ensuring a velvety texture.

Cooking the Prawn Curry:
- a. Heat oil in a pan until hot. Add onions and fry until they turn light translucent.
- b. Add green chilies to the pan, infusing a hint of spiciness into the curry.
- c. Add the prepared curry paste to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
- d. Add cleaned prawns & saute for 2-3 mins at medium heat. Add Maggi® coconut milk & simmer till prawns are 3/4 cooked.
- e. As the curry simmers, add cut ladyfingers to enhance its thickness and texture.
- f. Adjust the gravy consistency by adding water as needed.
- g. After 10-12 minutes of simmering, observe the curry as it reaches thick, creamy consistency. The prawns and lady fingers should be fully cooked, imparting their essence into the dish
